4. Purchases and Payments

DayEdge Pro is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, text, diagrams, interactive components, and software, is the property of DayEdge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

All content on DayEdge is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial losses you may incur.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or share paid course content with non-subscribers
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
