14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase DayEdge Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at:
Include the email address associated with your DayEdge account and your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve).
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier and Pro course access will be revoked
- Your free course progress (Foundations) will be preserved
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
Free Tier
The Foundations course is completely free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable for free content.
